The 2021 harvest is underway. It was a long growing season with few prolonged heat spells. The large, evenly ripened clusters are full and the grapes are packed with excellent flavor.
While we have made Fleur de California Rosé for over 17 years, this is our first vintage making it from the Sonoma Coast appellation. These grapes were harvested earlier in the season than would be optimal for red wines, because we are focused on capturing bright acidity and fresh flavors.
