This single barrel Chardonnay offers concentrated fruit flavors of pineapple, pear, and crisp apple balanced with rich shortbread aromas. The finish has length with a hint of lime zest to complete the profile, and will pair well with lemon chicken and a light pasta. The Tremeaux barrel gives fresh oak notes that both balance and blend with the fruit. Enjoy this Chardonnay from our Las Brisas vineyard with seafood, like moules marinières.
