About: With our Carneros Ranch Pinot Noir, we focus on the fruit and typicity with Carneros Pinot Noirs. Pinot Noir from across the Carneros Appellation vineyards has a high-toned, cherry-cola character with a touch of exotic spice. Carneros Pinot Noirs can range from light and refreshing, to dense and layered, and you’ll find that while the Carneros Ranch Pinot Noir has bright, beautiful fruit, it is also layered and complex. This wine is exclusively from our Las Brisas Vineyard, which is named after the winds that drive morning fog from our vineyards and usher in cooling marine airflow in the late afternoon. 

Tasting Notes: Aromas of brown sugar, Bing cherry and woodspice, with notes of ripe dark fruit, French oak toast and caramel accents.

Winemaking: This 2022 vintage is 100% from our Las Brisas Vineyard. Predominantly Swan Selection (around 75%) along with Dijon 667, Dijon 777 and UCD13 (Martini). Barrel aged for 15 months in 35% new French oak, our goal with this wine was to create a Pinot Noir that showcases the high quality of Carneros Pinot Noir.
