Chardonnay Carneros Select
To create this wine, we select Chardonnays from our estate vineyards and ferment in barrel. Delicate flavors are preserved through whole-cluster pressing. Prolonged yeast contact adds both texture and subtle toast aromas. Stone fruit and citrus aromas accented with a hint of sur-lies character. This Chardonnay has a lovely refreshing acidity, with a long pleasing finish and will pair well with seafoods, quiche and chicken, and French onion soup (recipe below). Winning a Double Gold at the 2022 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition, it is sure to be a hit at the dinner table.
