Chardonnay Gavin Vineyard
This Chardonnay grows on the rolling hills of Carneros, overlooking the San Pablo Bay, on a portion of our ranch called Gavin Vineyard. The Gavin Vineyard is comprised of two small blocks on the Napa side of the Carneros Appellation. These low-yielding vines produce wines with concentrated flavors. Barrel fermented and aged sur-lie for 9 months, our 2020 vintage shows a fusion of pear and pineapple fruit, toast, and subtle French oak flavors.

Gnocchi with Brown Butter, Prosciutto & Sage
A butter sage sauce is a great pairing with Chardonnay due to the silkiness of the butter. When butter is browned, it creates a nutty sweetness to it that drapes over the gnocchi.
